SHIPPING POLICY

At FEROYAL, we offer a carefully curated selection of high-quality products sourced from trusted third-party suppliers. As a dropshipper, FEROYAL does not directly manage shipping or logistics. Consequently, we are not liable for lost or stolen shipments, even when tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered.

Additionally, FEROYAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing when shipping internationally or by unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping carrier's control. However, if a package is returned to FEROYAL for any reason, a store credit will be issued via email, less any applicable shipping costs.

FEROYAL is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs policies for additional information.

Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking updates provided once their order has shipped. Please notify us promptly via Direct Message on Instagram if there are any delivery issues or discrepancies.

FEROYAL shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.


PROCESSING TIME

FEROYAL operates as a dropshipping service, which means processing and delivery times may vary depending on the supplier. While we cannot define or guarantee a specific delivery timeframe, we assure you that all products offered by FEROYAL are selected with care for their exceptional quality and design. We appreciate your patience and are confident that your order will be worth the wait.


WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

FEROYAL ships to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. FEROYAL cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.

If a package is returned to us because of an error in the delivery address, a store credit will be issued for the order value, minus any applicable shipping costs.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

FEROYAL does not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases. However, if there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Our customer service team will review the situation and assess the condition of the items. Based on this evaluation, a store credit may be issued at our discretion. We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution for our valued customers whenever possible.


ISSUES WITH ORDERS

FEROYAL relies on our trusted suppliers to package and ship your orders securely to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of receipt. Our team will be happy to assist in resolving any issues promptly.

Please ensure any damaged items are photographed and documented upon receipt to facilitate a resolution. This will help our team provide the necessary support efficiently.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to accommodate cancellation requests for newly placed orders. However, once an order has begun processing, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

For orders that cannot be canceled, a store credit in the form of a coupon code will be issued. If you wish to request a cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Kindly review all order details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.


PROMOTION POLICY

Promotional codes are automatically applied to the subtotal of your order. Please note the following terms for promotions:
