SHIPPING POLICY

Consequently, FEROYAL is not liable for lost or stolen shipments once tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Additionally, FEROYAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing when shipping internationally or by unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping carrier's control. However, if a package is returned to FEROYAL for any reason, a store credit will be issued via email, less any applicable shipping costs.

WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
FEROYAL ships to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. FEROYAL cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us because of an error in the delivery address, a store credit will be issued for the order value, minus any applicable shipping costs.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
Due to the curated and internationally sourced nature of our products, FEROYAL does not guarantee returns, exchanges, or refunds for all purchases.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return evaluation.

ISSUES WITH ORDERS

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to accommodate cancellation requests for newly placed orders. However, because orders may enter processing quickly through our international sourcing partners, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
FEROYAL reserves the right to determine whether an order cancellation is possible based on the order status, partner processing stage, and fulfillment progress at the time of the request.
Once an order has begun processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Where cancellations cannot be completed, FEROYAL may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit in the form of a digital coupon code.
