Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability depends on your delivery location and will be confirmed during checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

As FEROYAL works with international sourcing and fulfilment partners, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and availability.

Some pieces may also be shipped separately.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available so you can follow its journey.

We truly appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout.

If you notice that your delivery address has been entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us form or send us a Direct Message on Instagram at @feroyal.official.

We will do our best to assist you before your order enters fulfilment.

Please note that once an order has already been processed or dispatched by our shipping partners, we may no longer be able to interfere with the delivery.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a store credit will be issued for the order value, less any applicable shipping costs, for you to use towards your next purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders may enter processing quickly through our international fulfilment partners, cancellations and modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Once processing has begun, we may no longer be able to make changes to your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the curated and internationally sourced nature of our collections and products, returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item through our Contact Us page or Instagram Direct Message.

Where a return is approved, compensation is issued as a FEROYAL store credit.

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging to be considered.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us through our Contact Us form or send us a Direct Message on Instagram at @feroyal.official within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging so that our team can assess the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Yes. FEROYAL is an emerging brand with a growing international community, and we want our world to feel accessible to women wherever they are.

We have made the effort to translate our website into six languages so far, helping more women discover, explore and shop FEROYAL in a language that feels familiar to them. FEROYAL operates within the demi-fine jewellery segment, offering elevated, high-quality pieces that bridge the space between fashion jewellery and traditional fine jewellery.

FEROYAL sells jewellery across a variety of materials and finishes, including pieces in 925 sterling silver, gold-plated finishes, solid gold, pearls, gemstones, moissanite and lab-grown diamonds.

How should I care for my FEROYAL jewellery?

To preserve the appearance of your jewellery, we recommend keeping pieces away from excessive moisture, perfumes, cosmetics and harsh chemicals.
